I'm a strategic Customer Success Leader with over 8 years of experience helping enterprise clients achieve measurable outcomes across SaaS, fintech, and conversational AI. I currently lead a team at Jio Haptik, where we focus on driving retention, product adoption, and long-term partnerships through proactive engagement and deep stakeholder alignment.
Recognized as one of the Top 100 Global CS Strategists (2024 and 2025) and leading the social media for Customer Success Network Community, I'm passionate about elevating the role of customer success within organizations. I specialize in turning customer insights into actionable strategies, influencing product direction, and building programs that scale both value and advocacy.
